We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Real Estate Consultant to help our clients navigate the property market. Unlike a traditional agent whose sole focus is closing transactions, the ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor—helping clients build property portfolios, maximize investment returns, and make informed decisions on buying, selling, or leasing properties. You will combine market analysis, financial understanding, and strategic marketing to deliver exceptional value to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Assess clients' current property portfolios and financial goals to provide tailored advice on acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate investments.

Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor local and regional real estate trends, property values, and economic data to identify lucrative investment opportunities and high-growth areas.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Prospect for recent leads, schedule consultations, and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, legal counsel,



and stakeholders.

Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, promotional videos, and property listings, to maximize property visibility.

Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end buying, selling, or leasing process. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating favorable terms, and coordinating with legal and financial professionals to ensure smooth closings.

Property Inspections & Valuations: Conduct on-site property evaluations, provide accurate pricing recommendations based on comparative market analysis, and advise on necessary repairs or staging to increase property value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record as a Real Estate Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar advisory role.
