We are looking for a strategic, target-driven, and execution-focused New Sales Head to lead our

national new-customer acquisition through multiple tele-sales centers across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Senior Manager – Telesales to lead and scale telesales

operations across 4–5 telesales centers in different geographies, managing a workforce of 150–200

telecallers. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving





performance through data-driven decisions, motivating large teams, and ensuring consistent sales

excellence.

The ideal candidate comes with proven telesales experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability

to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Experience in Insurance or Fintech sectors is

highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Center Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 150–200 telecallers across 4–5 telesales centers.
- Manage telesales managers, supervisors, and team leaders, ensuring alignment with

business goals.
- Establish and enforce sales processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and

retention.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across centers.
