Responsible for execution of repair and maintenance jobs of all civil works and other miscellaneous civil projects including quality control.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTY-
- Planning, execution, monitoring of various preventive /breakdown maintenance activities,
- Civil drawing study & designing,
- Supervision of critical maintenance work, material/service & budget management,
- Inter-departmental co-ordination,
- Communication of various company policies and action plan to sub-ordinates,
- To take corrective & preventive action against non-conformities, preparation of JSA/SMP of critical activity,
- Inspection of material, preparation of QAP & all QC documents, budget control.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY-
- Schedule daily jobs.
- Prepare indents and follow up.
- Prepare sub-work orders.
- Execute and supervise jobs through contractors.
- Review of expenses and comparisons with budget.
- Expedite and follow up for critical jobs.
- Evaluate and track completion time for various order.
- Review health studies for the civil structures.
