- As a Performance Analyst, you will own the analytics function for the platform, designing comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key metrics, trends, and operational health. Your work directly influences decision-making at all levels by translating complex data patterns into explicit, actionable recommendations. you'll establish the measurement standards that define success, creating KPIs that align platform performance with business objectives.




- This position requires both technical proficiency in data analysis tools and the business acumen to understand what metrics matter most to stakeholders. you'll partner closely with operational teams to identify optimization opportunities, then design and implement data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
