About The Role
As a Workspace Intelligence & Inventory Management Intern at Propques (NextMoveIn), you will support the expansion, verification and maintenance of commercial real estate inventory across Lucknow, Indore, Mumbai, Bengaluru and other active markets. You will work closely with the Workspace Advisory and Supply Operations teams to ensure the platform maintains accurate, verified and high-quality property data. Duration: 3-6 months.

Responsibilities
- Research commercial office buildings and new developments across assigned cities
- Verify building details: name, address, Google Maps location, developer, grade, floors, micro-market and landmarks
- Identify and verify coworking, managed office and furnished office operators (contact,



website, GBP, social links)
- Verify workspace inventory via online research and telephonic verification — seat availability, configurations, occupancy and pricing
- Upload building photographs, organize documentation and maintain records within the NextMoveIn platform
- Track and report new commercial projects, coworking launches and workspace market trends
- Submit daily work updates and weekly progress reports

Requirements
- Strong internet research skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence in making verification calls
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Valuable organizational and analytical skills; proactive attitude
- Preferred education: BBA, B.Com, MBA, Commerce, Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering or any graduate with strong research skills
