2. Department: Accounts
3. Experience: 3-5 Years
4. Qualification: Degree in Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent preferred)
5. Location: Madurai (Tamil Nadu)

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and document process flows, identify process owners, and understand system support.
2. Conduct risk assessments to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.
3. Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls through testing and sampling.
4. Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.
5. Assess process efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and instances of non-compliance.
7. Perform transaction testing and trace transactions from initiation to completion to validate process controls.
8. Prepare audit reports with root cause analysis, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.
9. Define the scope, objectives,



and boundaries of process audits across business functions.
10. Follow up on audit findings, monitor corrective actions, and report implementation status to management.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience in Process Audit, Operational Audit, or Accounts Audit.
2. Solid knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls, audit techniques, and process improvement.
3. Experience in process mapping, SOP review, compliance verification, and documentation.
4. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
5. Experience in the manufacturing or garment industry is preferred.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally or equivalent).
