About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and Snowflake-certified
Senior Data Engineer
to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise data solutions. This role requires an experienced individual contributor who can independently own the complete lifecycle of data engineering projects—from architecture and development to deployment and support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Snowflake, modern cloud data platforms, data modeling, and end-to-end data pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Snowflake databases, schemas, virtual warehouses, and security (RBAC).
- Configure and optimize Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Materialized Views, Clustering, and Time Travel.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Snowflake performance and cost.
- Design dimensional and normalized data models to support business and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

- Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Python, and Airflow or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Integrate data from REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Work with Azure or AWS cloud services for data storage, processing, and integration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, code reviews, and automated deployments.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Produce technical documentation and reusable data engineering components.

Required Skills
- 10–12 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, administration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
