We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to support our organization’s IT operations and application ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing application support, business requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, end-user support. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, high uptime, and robust application support across all business locations
.Key Responsibilities
Application & Implementation Support
- Provide day-to-day support for business applications (ERP, LMS, CRM, etc.).
- Assist in new software/application implementations.
- Conduct UAT, training, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in creating user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Coordinate with application vendors for issue resolutions/escalations.
- Evaluate IT application quotations and assist in procurement processes.
Integration & Support
- Provide support for application integrations with internal/external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business heads and departments to understand and address IT requirements.
- Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of application implementation and support.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
