Technical Support - Proto Quality

A purpose driven role for you

The Technical Support is responsible for:
- Ready to work on CMM Mitutoyo -in three shift basis.
- 2D inspection of components and report generation w.r.t DWG and highlighting discrepancies
- Sound knowledge of GD&T; parameters and Machine standards
- Sound knowledge on CMM mitutoyo –MCOSMOS –CATP1000PS for 2D /3D programming
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment and masters
- Good knowledge of AUTO component Inspection
- Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Bore gauges & micrometer
- Software knowledge of AUTO CAD & CATIA
- Good knowledge in 2D drawing reading, GD &T;
- Knowledge in Kaizen preparation & 5s

Diploma (Mech)
