We are seeking a
ServiceNow ITAM Developer
with hands-on experience in developing and customizing IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
,
Software Asset Management (SAM)
, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM/SAM).
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Support CMDB, Discovery, asset lifecycle management, and platform enhancements.




- Troubleshoot issues and participate in ServiceNow upgrades and releases.

Required Skills
- 5 to 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)
.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
