The Sales Innovation, Growth and Market Acceleration (SIGMA) group partners with the Sales organization to deliver impactful customer experiences by combining in-depth knowledge of BMC solutions with a deep understanding of the customers business. By leveraging their technical expertise, value-based selling techniques, and Engagement Excellence deliverables, Presales Engineers helps the customers discover and realize the value that BMC provides to their organizations.

Here is how, through this role, you will contribute to BMCs and your own success:
- You will be responsible to develop and evolve customer-facing collaterals, standard templates and toolsets, white papers, etc.



in MS PowerPoint, Word, and video format, ensuring a concise message with enhanced graphics.
- You will engage with, and support the Value and Solution Engineers on customer opportunities and deliverables.
- Create and update deliverable templates in line with the specific phase of customer engagement journey and prevailing market and industry scenario.
- Manage Key Projects within the SIGMA group by implementing project management principles.
- Actively engage with key stakeholders of various projects and coordinate with them for the successful execution
- Manage various Tools and Platforms leveraged by Value and Solution Engineers, identify improvement areas, and coordinate with IT and Content managers.
- Conduct technology, industry, and value-based research that drives customer messaging.
- Develop and curate Presales knowledge management content and identify reusable assets.
