- Broker empanelment and onboarding
- Portal access allocation and training
- Regular communication of underwriting updates

Sales & Policy Support
- Quote generation support on demand
- Timely policy issuance support
- Pre-inspection coordination and closures

Post-Sales & Service Support
- Timely discrepancy resolution
- Renewal support and follow-ups
- Claims coordination and support

Stakeholder Communication
- Updates from UW, Ops & Claims teams
- Single-point broker communication

What We Expect
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience:: 2+years relevant experience
Skills: Strong experience in managing Insurance Broking Channel for Motor Insurance business
- Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance products (PC & CV) with basic understanding of WC, Fire, Engineering & PA
- Ability to drive premium growth and renewals through broker network
- Good coordination skills with Underwriting, Operations & Claims teams
- Robust relationship management, negotiation and crossselling skills.
