Qualifications

Essential: Candidate should have bachelor's degree in human resource, / Business Administration/, IT or a related field from reputed college.

Desirable: MBA/ Post graduate degree / diploma or certificate in Human Resource management/ SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, HRIS.

Experience

Essential: 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing Darwin Box HR software solutions as an Admin Role.

Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and innovative Digital HR Specialist to lead the transformation of our HR functions through digital tools, platform and processes. The role involves implementing, managing, and optimizing digital HR systems to streamline operations, enhance employee engagement, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

This position holder will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the operation of HR Digitalization Project at CMR Group Level.



Currently we are using Darwin Box for complete life cycle of employee. He / she would be responsible for overall monitoring of day-to-day operation of HR Tech operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Mastery of HR software and digital tools such as HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll software, performance management systems, etc. Understanding the technical aspects of these tools is essential for efficient management
- Ability to integrate different HR digital applications and systems for seamless data flow and optimized operations. This includes understanding APIs, data migration, and ensuring compatibility between various platforms.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR digital applications, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
