Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SDET Engineer – CRM / IVR / ESB / InterOps
with a strong background in the
Healthcare domain
and
integration testing
. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Facets (integration level)
,
API testing
,
IVR navigation testing
,
ESB/Middleware validation
,
FHIR R4 APIs
,
HL7 messaging
, and healthcare interoperability. The role involves validating end-to-end integrations across CRM, IVR, ESB, and partner systems while ensuring high-quality delivery of healthcare solutions.

- IVR Navigation Testing (Mandatory)

- HL7 Messaging (Mandatory)
- Integration Testing (Mandatory)
- API Testing – REST/SOAP using Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured (Mandatory)
- Facets (Integration-level knowledge) – Mandatory
- ESB/Middleware Validation
- CRM/Contact Center Testing
- SQL
- Azure DevOps (ADO)

Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of
Facets integration
,



including validation of eligibility, benefits, and claims data exposed through APIs and ESB.
- Hands-on experience in
REST and SOAP API testing
using Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
- Experience validating
FHIR R4 APIs
,
HL7 messaging
, and
CMS Patient Access & Provider Directory APIs
.
- Strong experience in
Integration Testing
across CRM, IVR, ESB, middleware, and healthcare interoperability platforms.
- Expertise in
ESB/Middleware validation
, including message routing, transformation, payload verification, and error handling.
- Experience testing
CRM/Contact Center platforms
, including workflows, case management, call routing, and
IVR navigation
.
- Solid SQL skills for cross-system data validation across integrated platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute API and integration test scenarios across CRM, IVR, ESB, and interoperability platforms.
