About the Organization

Heritage Healthcare Private Limited is undertaking the development of a state-of-the-art civil infrastructure project in Varanasi. The incumbent will lead the landmark development from foundation to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within approved budget and quality standards.

Position Summary

The General Manager – Infrastructure Development will have complete ownership of the civil infrastructure project and will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, risk management, stakeholder management, and successful handover of the project.

Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces officers (Colonel/Brigadier equivalent) or professionals with extensive experience in managing large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities





Project Leadership
- Lead the complete lifecycle of the civil construction project from foundation to commissioning.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, milestones, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Ensure timely completion within approved cost and quality parameters.

Project Planning & Execution
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, HVAC, interior and landscaping activities.
- Monitor construction progress across all work fronts.
- Ensure proper sequencing of civil, finishing, MEP, gas pipeline, electrical, fire safety, and equipment installation works.
- Resolve project bottlenecks proactively.
- Lead and manage the in-house Site Engineering Team and Project Management Unit (PMU), ensuring effective coordination, supervision, and execution of all project activities.
