We're looking for a
Community Manager
to help us build and grow Elek-Trik's presence in Bangalore.

About the Role

This role is for someone who enjoys bringing people together.

As our Community Manager, you'll be responsible for growing communities, executing memorable experiences, and building relationships with creators, venues, partners, and customers across Bangalore.

You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of projects, and play a key role in shaping how Elek-Trik grows in the city.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute community-led events and experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with creators, artists, venues, communities, and brand partners.
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless on-ground execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and bring their community vision to life.
- Grow and engage both online and offline communities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and local collaborations.
- Gather feedback, analyse insights, and continuously improve community experiences.
- Represent Elek-Trik at meetings, events, and partner locations across Bangalore.

Who are we looking for?
- 0 to 2 years of experience in community building, events, hospitality, marketing, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with robust leadership, event management, or college
