Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled
Power System Engineer
with strong experience in
power system analysis and network studies
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
PSSE, PSCAD, PSLF
, and related simulation tools, with a solid understanding of transmission and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform
power system studies
including:
- Load flow analysis
- Short circuit analysis
- Transient & dynamic stability studies
- Contingency analysis
- Conduct
network modeling and simulations
using
PSSE / PSCAD / PSLF
- Analyze system performance under normal and contingency conditions
- Support
grid interconnection studies
for renewable and conventional power plants
- Prepare technical reports, study documentation, and client presentations
- Collaborate with design, protection, and grid compliance teams
- Ensure compliance with grid codes, regulatory standards, and utility requirements




- Assist in developing mitigation solutions for system stability and power quality issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in
Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)
- 3–8 years
of experience in power system studies
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- PSSE
- PSCAD
- PSLF
- Good understanding of:
- Transmission & distribution networks
- Protection coordination
- Grid integration of renewables
- Power quality and system stability
- Ability to interpret single-line diagrams and network models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
- Experience with
EMT studies
- Knowledge of grid codes (IEEE / IEC / regional grid standards)
- Experience working with utilities or renewable energy projects
- Scripting knowledge (Python in PSSE, etc.)
