- Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Asst Manager/ Manager to drive business growth within the K-12 education segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational publishing, books sales, or academic solutions and will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration goals within the K-12 segment.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new schools for curriculum-based books, educational content, and learning solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Principals, School Management, Academic Coordinators, and Key Decision Makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and academic workshops for school stakeholders.
- Understand school requirements and recommend suitable educational products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.




- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submissions, and conversion of prospects into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.

Required Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in educational publishing, books sales, EdTech, or school solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
