Role & responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of lateral hiring across various GBS functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Support, IT, etc).
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior GBS business leaders, understanding their strategic workforce needs and translating them into actionable hiring plans.
- Advanced Sourcing & Market Mapping: Develop robust sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, skilled networks, and executive search methodologies to build proactive talent pipelines for niche and critical leadership roles.
- Compensation Structuring & Benchmarking: Drive offer negotiations, utilizing compensation benchmarking data to structure competitive offers that align with internal parity and market standards.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment workflows.



Identify areas for lean process improvement to reduce time-to-fill and enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment agencies to augment hiring capabilities for highly specialized mandates.
- Data, Metrics, & Reporting: Maintain accurate ATS records. Generate and analyze recruitment dashboards focusing on key metrics such as Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire, and Diversity ratios.
