Position Summary

We are seeking a HR Analytics professional to drive data-led HR decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for HR dashboards, workforce analytics, MIS reporting, project management, and generating actionable insights across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and workforce planning.

The role requires robust proficiency in HR metrics, data visualization, stakeholder management, and project execution while partnering closely with HR and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
- Generate periodic HR MIS reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations.
- Analyze key HR metrics including:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Diversity
- Hiring effectiveness
- Employee productivity
- Absenteeism
- Performance ratings
- Learning & development metrics
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data.

Dashboard Management




- Build and automate HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Create executive-level reports for leadership reviews.
- Monitor trends and identify risks, opportunities, and actionable interventions.

HR Project Management
- Lead and coordinate HR transformation and process improvement projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Support digitization, automation, and HR technology initiatives.

Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct predictive and trend analysis related to workforce planning and attrition.
- Develop business cases backed by HR data and market insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Compensation teams.
