Job Description – Legal Advisor

Reporting To: Managing Director / Directors

Employment Type: Monthly Retainer / Legal Consultant

Role Summary

We seeks an experienced Legal Advisor & Litigation Counsel on a monthly retainer basis to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate operations, franchise development, litigation, compliance, employment matters, commercial transactions, and business expansion. The Counsel will personally represent the Company before courts, tribunals, police stations, government authorities and other forums, while protecting the Company's legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide legal advice on all corporate, commercial and operational matters.

· Draft, review and negotiate franchise agreements, vendor agreements, employment contracts, consultancy agreements, MOUs, NDAs, lease deeds, leave & licence agreements and other legal documents.

· Prepare, review and update franchise documentation including onboarding, renewals, transfers, exits, terminations and recovery documentation.

· Support franchise expansion,



negotiations and due diligence.

· Personally represent the Company before Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Labour and Consumer Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, High Courts and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums.

· Draft, file and argue plaints, petitions, complaints, written statements, affidavits, appeals, applications, replies and rejoinders.

· Issue and respond to legal notices and manage recovery proceedings, cheque bounce matters, consumer disputes, labour disputes and contractual disputes.

· Represent the Company before Police Stations, law enforcement agencies, municipal bodies, government departments and regulatory authorities.

· Attend police stations for complaints, enquiries, investigations, FIR-related matters, statements and dispute resolution wherever legally permissible.

· Draft police complaints, representations and applications before authorities.
