Job Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and multifaceted Marketing and Front Desk Executive to manage our front office and support our growth strategies. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while actively managing social media, generating leads, and coordinating promotional events and organized Receptionist to join our pedodontics clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and possess strong patient-handling abilities, especially when dealing with children and their guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations (telephonic & digital).
- Handle patient check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.




- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry using MS Excel and clinic software.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and queries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
- Provide necessary information to parents about clinic policies, treatments, or follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting entries if required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and reports when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive (preferably in a healthcare or dental setting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
