Role & responsibilities
* 8-10 years of relevant experience in residential real estate development.
* Experience in feasibility studies, product planning, and design management.
* Working knowledge of NCR by-laws, development regulations, and approval processes.
* Exposure to liaisoning and coordination with consultants and government authorities.
* Ability to independently handle projects and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in residential projects with a valuable understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product positioning.
* Willingness to take ownership, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver within timelines.
