Role Description
The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based at Pilot Training Academy - Top Crew Aviation in Jaipur.



The person in this role will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, including providing detailed information about pilot training programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career pathways in aviation. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; conducting campus and facility orientations; organizing and participating in admission events; and maintaining accurate records of leads, applications, and enrolments. The Admission Counsellor will collaborate with educational and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, support students with documentation and regulatory requirements, and contribute to meeting enrolment targets through ethical and informed counselling practices. The role also involves regular follow-ups with potential candidates, building long-term relationships, and representing the academy in a qualified manner.
