The role is primarily for supporting our clients on accounting processes as part of implementation or as an ongoing daily use support. The position is expected to understand JBM as a product and facilitate consulting engagements and also contribute to the overall functional development of JBMs operational financial module.

Location: Chikamagalluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review ERP financial modules for accuracy and compliance.
- Validate financial workflows, controls, and reports within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with product and development teams to identify gaps and improvements in the ERP finance module.
- Perform internal audits of company finance processes and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
- Review financial data, system configurations, and controls for correctness.
- Prepare audit findings, observations, and corrective action recommendations.
- Support testing, documentation,



and quality assurance of ERP financial features.
- Assist management with financial analysis, MIS, and audit readiness.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in finance, internal audit, or quality assurance (software/IT preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control systems.
- Experience working with ERP software and financial modules.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
