This role requires strong networking, relationship-building, and closing skills.*

*Business Development*

** Meet business owners, industrialists, doctors, entrepreneurs, and HNIs.*

** Generate new business opportunities through field visits.*

** Build relationships with corporate companies and local businesses.*

** Conduct daily field meetings.*

*Lead Generation*

** Generate self-sourced leads through networking.*

** Build referral partnerships.*

** Identify high-potential investors.*

** Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.*

*Client Meetings*

** Meet customers at their office or preferred location.*

** Understand investment requirements.*

** Present suitable projects and investment opportunities.*





** Schedule and conduct site visits.*

*Sales & Closing*

** Independently handle premium customers.*

** Negotiate pricing and offers.*

** Handle customer objections confidently.*

** Convert prospects into bookings.*

** Coordinate with documentation and registration teams.*

*Relationship Management*

** Build long-term relationships with business owners.*

** Generate repeat business and referrals.*

** Maintain regular follow-up with prospects.*

** Represent LandCompass Trichy professionally.*
