Job Purpose

Manage Global MIS reports, Analysing Key data, Managing Business analytics tool & Automation

Key Responsibilities

Functional :
- Budgeting & Rolling Forecasting: Directs the annual budget cycle and continuous forecasting processes by consolidating financial data from multiple regions, business units, and subsidiaries.
- Monthly and Periodic reporting: Will be responsible for generation and management of MIS reports, preparation of cash flow statement and other reports based on requirement. Use Business analytics tools to consolidate reports. Collaborate directly with cross-functional departmental heads and regional managers to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control localized costs.
- Performance Analysis: Conducts deep-dive variance analyses (planned vs. actual)



and translates complex financial data into digestible reporting packs for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Digital Transformation: Champions the optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, Enterprise Performance Management) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to automate reporting and improve global data accuracy.

Interaction:
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with finance team of multiple geographies and other stakeholders.
- Managing cross-functional teams of organisation for getting required information

Key Skills/ Competencies
- Able to quickly understand the business, its key drivers, and issues.
- Preparation of Solid competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, as well as a strong working knowledge of accounting.
