Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365 administration
, production support, release management, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stable AX environments, managing deployments, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring high system availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365
environments.
- Configure, manage, and optimize
Application Object Server (AOS)
instances, clustering, and overall environment setup.
- Handle




release management
activities, including application deployments and version control.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using
Azure DevOps
or
Bamboo
.
- Provide
L2/L3 production support
, incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform SQL Server administration tasks, including query execution, log analysis, and performance tuning.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during deployments and maintenance activities.
- Ensure system availability, security, and operational stability across environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
