Position: SailPoint Developer

Work Type: Remote (Full Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in identity governance, application onboarding, workflows, integrations, and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, customize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.

* Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows.

* Develop SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and custom connectors.

* Perform application onboarding and integration with enterprise applications.

* Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical support.

* Work with REST APIs, Java, and scripting for SailPoint customization.

* Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams.





* Participate in requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

* Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

* Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and Identity Governance.

* Experience with Java development and debugging.

* Experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, and provisioning.

* Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and database concepts.

* Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and application integrations.

* Good understanding of access certification and role-based access control (RBAC).

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with IAM implementation and migration projects.

* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

* Experience with troubleshooting production issues.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
