eVTOL Air Ambulance
platform.

As we enter the next phase of growth, we're looking for a
Founding Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join our leadership team.

This is not a traditional CFO role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up and become a long-term strategic partner in the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts with angel investors, venture capital firms, and government grant programs.

• Develop financial models, forecasts,



and capital allocation strategies.

• Build investor-ready financial documentation and support due diligence.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Establish financial processes and governance as the company scales.

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic business decisions and long-term growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in startup finance, corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, or financial strategy.

• Understands fundraising and investor relations.

• Is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

• Is excited by aerospace, deep-tech, healthcare, and emerging technologies.

• Wants to create long-term value rather than simply fill a position.
