Business Analyst - Data and Analytics
In This Role, You Will
- This is a key position to harness strategic insights for HSBC Wholesale Client Services Business Analyst will be conducting statistical and thematic analytics on the Digital query management data in partnership with global team across GPS, GTS ,



HSBCnet and Relationship Service Manager teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge via implementation of end-to-end reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
- Conduct analysis and documentation of business needs and system requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
- Provide support and training to end-users on implemented systems. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Strategically designing robust database/programming/ Data engineering pipeline to meet the aggressive needs of business / functions
- Identifying inconsistencies in processes by questioning the odd and implementing rational solutions that suit the business needs
