- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping practices.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project teams for smooth site execution.
- Track material usage and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the reporting manager.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays in project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in residential/commercial real estate construction.
- Valuable knowledge of construction drawings, execution methods, and quality control.
