Designation: Executive/ Senior Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Bengaluru / Indore
Shift: 4:30 PM onwards
- Partner with business managers to support day-to-day HR activities and people initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and resolve employee relations matters in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Perks teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
- Conduct regular connects with employees and managers to improve engagement and retention.
