Hiring for Training Manager for D2C Women's Activewear company

CTC: 10 LPA - 15 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Travel : PAN India Travel

Roles and Responsibilitie
- Develop and maintain a training scheduled
- Identifying training needs & designing and implementing training programmes
- Evaluating sales staff and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing the best practices across stores to uplift store experience
- Developing a grading and testing structure to assess all store teams
- Creating Training Manuals which are focused and explicit on topics within the brand. These can include videos and presentation
- Deliver training sessions in person one on one, or in groups in store or online for outstation stores
- Assess business goals and develop training material that align




- Work closely with store teams to identify areas they need training in and develop material for it. Use the help of store KPI’s to further analyse areas of improvement
- Foster an exciting and inclusive training environment
- Building and maintaining relationship
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative

Experience Required
- Over 5 years of experience in retail training
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principle
- Good communication and people skills
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking
