The COO will partner closely with the CEO to drive strategy, create operational clarity, and ensure every team is aligned, accountable, and moving with purpose. 1. Strategy & Execution
- Convert long-term business goals into explicit operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead organisation-wide execution across Product, Sales, Finance, HR, and Delivery.
- Build systems that make growth predictable, sustainable, and data-driven.

2. Operational Leadership




- Own day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across all verticals.
- Standardise processes, improve delivery frameworks, and strengthen quality governance.
- Build operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting structures to track performance.

3. Team & Culture Leadership
- Lead and scale high-performing teams with strong hiring, training, and development practices.
- Introduce clear KPIs, accountability systems, and performance management rhythms.
- Strengthen a culture of ownership, transparency, and collaboration across the organisation.

4. Stakeholder & Client Alignment
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
- Support the CEO in investor updates, board communication, and strategic partnerships.
