Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
- Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders, inventory levels, and transportation schedules.
- Monitor and track dispatch progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve any issues related to transportation, customs clearance, or delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in dispatch planning or a similar role in the petrochemical industry.
- Solid understanding of FIFO (First In First Out) inventory management principles.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
