Job Description:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 57 years of professional software engineering or platform engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Grafana and modern observability platforms.
- Experience implementing end-to-end observability using:
- Metrics
- Logs
- Distributed Tracing
- Synthetic Monitoring
- Strong knowledge of:
- Prometheus
- Loki
- Tempo
- OpenTelemetry
- Experience working with Grafana Cloud or self-managed Grafana environments.




- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based development workflows.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
- Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Cloud Skills

Hands-on experience with one or more public cloud platforms:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure (Good to Have)
