As Co-Founder, you'll be a full and equal partner in building the business — not an early hire. You'll help shape strategy, own a core part of the business, and make the early decisions that define how this company operates and scales.

We're open to a co-founder who leads the following:

Member Growth & Community
— sourcing, vetting, and onboarding independent consultants; building the peer community and shared knowledge infrastructure that keeps members engaged.

Business Development & Client Partnerships
— building the pipeline of organizations who need this, shaping client-facing positioning, and closing the first engagements.

Responsibilities
- Partner in defining company strategy, priorities, and early operating decisions
- Own end-to-end execution of your area (member growth or business development)
- Help establish the vetting standards, quality bar, and brand reputation the collective is built on
- Represent the collective externally — to prospective members, clients, or both
- Contribute to shared decisions on structure, compensation model,



and long-term direction as the business grows

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a senior role in L&D;, Leadership Development, HR/People strategy, AI capability building, professional services, or a closely related field
- A track record of building something from scratch — a network, a business unit, a client base, or a prior venture
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage, resource-constrained execution
- Strong relationship-building instincts and genuine credibility with senior practitioners or senior client stakeholders
- Alignment with the collective's values: collaboration over competition, curiosity, integrity, and a real commitment to solving client problems well
- Full time commitment and genuine conviction in the model — this is a business, not a side project
