Technical Sales Manager – Marine & Ports

The Technical Sales Manager – Marine & Ports will lead the growth of Siemens Energy's Marine & Ports business in India. The role is accountable for achieving annual Order Intake, Gross Margin, and Receivables targets across both Recent Build and Service businesses.

The incumbent will lead strategic customer engagement, technical solution selling, business development, and commercial negotiations while managing the Marine Service organization to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence,



and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual Order Intake (OI) targets across both New Build and Service businesses.
- Develop and execute the Marine & Ports business strategy to achieve profitable and sustainable growth.
- Identify, qualify, and capture strategic opportunities across commercial marine, ports, offshore, inland waterways, and defence sectors.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, including customer engagement, solution development, commercial negotiations, risk management, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with shipyards, shipowners, port authorities, EPC contractors, consultants, defence organizations, and government agencies.
- Lead and develop the Marine Service organization, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and lifecycle service growth.
