Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve process efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or quality by working closely with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer needs.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum) and ability to apply it effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent coaching skills for guiding teams through conflict resolution, risk management, and stakeholder management processes.
