Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material dispatch, and logistics coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory records, timely dispatches, and smooth warehouse functioning while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, sales, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.




- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse MIS reports.
- Monitor material shortages, excess stock, and reorder requirements.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and pilferage.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management software, or Excel-based reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of stock auditing and material reconciliation.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
