About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the institution's day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in managing student fee collections, vendor payments, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Process student fee collections, refunds, and related reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting, audit activities, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with administrative departments regarding financial matters.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a school, college, university, or educational institution is an advantage.
- Familiarity with student fee management systems or ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
