About the role

GK Manufacturers is a quick-growing steel almirah manufacturer based in Kannauj, UP, producing 150+ units per day under our consumer brand
Almeera
. We are expanding our dealer network across North and Central India and now building our digital brand presence from the ground up.

We are looking for a sharp, driven Social Media Manager Intern who can own our Instagram and Facebook presence, run region-targeted ad campaigns in Hindi-speaking markets, and help Almeera become a recognizable household brand across UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

This is a live brand launch - you will build Almeera's social presence from scratch. Real campaigns, real budgets, real impact from day one.

What you'll do
- Manage and grow Almeera's Instagram and Facebook pages - content calendar, posting schedule, community engagement
- Create visual content (posts, reels, stories, ads) using Adobe Photoshop - product shots, offer creatives, festive posts in Hindi
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) with district-level geo-targeting across UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand markets




- Research and apply regional keyword and audience sorting to maximize ad relevance in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities
- Set up and monitor Google Ads campaigns - understand search intent, keyword bidding, and Quality Score optimization
- Apply basic SEO principles to brand content - hashtag strategy, keyword-rich captions, Google Business Profile management
- Track and report performance metrics weekly - reach, engagement rate, cost per click, lead quality
- Coordinate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with dealer network expansion in new cities
- Support dealer branding by creating digital kits - WhatsApp broadcast creatives, dealer announcement posts
