Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid Area Sales Manager role based in Gorakhpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including planning and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective campaigns and smooth delivery. The Area Sales Manager will coach and support field sales representatives, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in territorial sales management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Experience in client relationship management, including negotiation, account servicing, and retention.
- Skills in sales reporting, data analysis, and use of CRM or sales enablement tools to inform decisions.
