Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR

Reporting To: Zonal HR Head / Head Talent Acquisition

Role Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring operations. The role is responsible for ensuring timely closure of positions within defined TAT, driving recruitment strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to meet business hiring goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding

Ensure closure of all positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)

Lead,

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, campus, vendor management)

Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities

Track and improve key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire

Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Conduct interviews for critical and mid-level roles

Maintain and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and audit requirements





Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future business needs

Drive employer branding initiatives in the zone

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services / Sales hiring preferred
