ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate, skilled,



and health-conscious chef who can run our kitchen end-to-end — from fresh morning prep to quality plating for delivery. You will be the heartbeat of Wellthy's kitchen: responsible for taste, consistency, hygiene, and speed. If you love cooking, believe healthy food should taste amazing, and thrive in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment — this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Execute the full Wellthy menu across all categories

● Prepare and manage all mise en place — marinations, dressings, dip batches, sauce prep, and portion control every morning

● Grill and cook all proteins (chicken, fish, eggs, paneer, soya chaap) using grilling, air-frying, and pan-searing — no deep frying

● Prepare housemade dips and sauces fresh daily — including hummus, beetroot hummus, tzatziki, baba ganoush, hariyali marinade, garlic-tahini sauce, and peri-peri mayo

● Ensure strict 50/50 vegetarian and non-vegetarian rotation across all categories

● Maintain consistent taste, portion size, and pla
