A. About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Operations professional to anchor and continuously strengthen our people processes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role will drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, ensure 100% compliance, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

B. Detailed expectations from the role:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Prepare and execute the various employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) with robust process discipline.
- Help in the execution of seamless onboarding experience aligned with business expectations
- Ensure timely issuance of all employment documentation (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfers, exits)

2. HR Systems, Data & Analytics, Documentation
- Maintain and update HRMS data with complete integrity
- Maintain and update HR metrics (headcount, attrition, cost, productivity) whenever required, however, with assistance.

3. Employee Query Resolution
- Act as a trusted SPOC for employees on HR operations-related matters




- Ensure high responsiveness and service orientation, with accuracy and speed in resolution of matters.

4. Vendor & Benefits Management
- Manage relationships with vendors (Background verification, corporate insurance etc.)
- Assist in the effective implementation and utilization of employee benefit programs.

D. Education and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline/ MBA/ PG in HR is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Generalist role.
