Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive and productive work setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain HRIS or employee databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and employee updates.
- Support performance management activities, including appraisal coordination and employee feedback processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits,



and workplace procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations initiatives.
- Coordinate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and manage full-and-final settlement documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
