Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 13 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and implementing quality management systems to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and internal quality procedures.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, CAPA, and NCRs.
- Monitor process quality and identify improvement opportunities.




- Work closely with Production, NPI, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in Internal Quality Audits and customer audits.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Track quality KPIs such as FPY, PPM, Rejection Rate, COPQ, and Defect Trends.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required Skills
- Valuable understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspection and process auditing.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Good understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan, Proce
