Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Jaipur. The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, including visiting healthcare institutions, meeting with key decision makers, and promoting Romsons’ product range. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations,



and ensuring adequate product availability through coordination with distributors and internal teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, while preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Territory Manager collaborates with marketing and sales leadership to execute territory plans and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
- Experience in territory or field sales management within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry, with strong business development and account management capabilities.
- Proficiency in relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and customer service to maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively explain product benefits, conduct demonstrations, and close sales.
